What is soy wax, and why is it better?

How long do soy wax candles burn?
Soy wax candles generally have a longer burn time than paraffin candles due to their lower melting point. On average, a well-made soy candle can burn for approximately 7-9 hours per ounce of wax. This makes them a cost-effective and long-lasting option for your home.

How should I care for my soy wax candle?
To ensure the best performance, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use and allow the candle to burn long enough to melt the wax across the entire surface. This helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even burn, making your candle last longer.

Why does my soy candle have a rough or uneven surface after burning?
t's common for soy candles to develop a rough or uneven surface after burning due to the natural cooling process. This is normal and doesn’t affect the performance of the candle.
How should I store my soy wax candles?
Store your soy wax candles in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. This prevents the candles from melting or warping and helps preserve their scent.
How long does it take for home delivery?
We use Royal mail to send most of our UK orders. Product in stock -2-4 days product out of stock - up to two weeks. Beaut natural reserves the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.
Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost.Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.

Do you offer a VAT discount to non EU customers?
Customer’s ordering from outside the European Union can contact us via telephone, live chat, or e-mail and quote the order reference number. Our customer services team will go through the process to remove the VAT off of their order.
